Speaking is the ability to express oneself in life situaion or the ability to report acts or situations in precise words, or the ability to converse, or to express sequence of idea fluently, to express what we feel, teacher should encourage students to speak english. Because of it, researcher get inspiration teaching dubbing through film as media and technique in the class and it must be done creatively, actively and productively. The competence of the teacher in creating communicative circumstance, using design media and model of teaching in the classroom is basically needed for this aim.  This research uses Classroom Action Research method. The research is conducted based on statement of problem: 1) How is the students speaking ability can develop through dubbing on film? 2) How can dubbing be applied for deveeloping students speaking ability? these research purpose.</note>
