This research investigates the use of picture strybook in reading vocabulary spesially it is written in the  title of this paper, The reult of research show that research she that the hypothesis, which sates there is no significant effect between class using story Book Picture and the class without story Book Picture is rejected. It mean that there is significacnt effect of vocabulary mastery between both classes. The effects is that the students teaching  vocabulary that use picture strybook  is better that those who do not use picture strybook. In reference to the result of the study, of research is 9,8. the writer recommended that this study, especially the research about various technique that can improve and  increase students vocabulary in Learning English, needs to be more elaborated by student learning English in order to increase students motivation in learning English. Thus, further research is suggested to conduct the investigation of other teaching methods or teshnique that can be applied by teacher to encourage their students in Learning vocabulary.</note>
