<note>Although speaking ability is one of the important skills in learning English, many students still face difficulties. However, many students continue to face difficulties due to limited vocabulary, fear of making mistakes, and lack of confidence. This condition requires innovative learning media that allow interaction. The purpose of this study was to determine the speaking skills of students in class XI-6 at SMA Negeri 1 Ciomas, describe how Stimuler was used to teach speaking, and measure the level of improvement in students' speaking skills. This study used the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method, which was conducted in two cycles, with planning, action, observation, and reflection as components of each cycle. Speaking tests, observations, and interviews were used to collect data. The speaking test results show that only 6 students (20%) in the pre cycle achieved the Minimum Passing Criteria (KKM), with an average of 51.6. In cycle I, there was a significant increase to 12 students (40%) with an average of 66.9, and in cycle II, there was a significant increase to 26 students (86.6%) with an average of 80.2. In addition, the observation results showed that students were more motivated, enthusiastic, and more confident when speaking in English. The Stimuler application is interesting and fun to use, and encourages students to improve their speaking skills, according to interviews. Based on the results of qualitative and quantitative research, it can be concluded that the use of the Stimuler application is effective in improving students' speaking skills.</note>
