The research was conducted in two cycles, following the stages of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The assessment focused on five aspects: pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, fluency, and comprehensibility. The findings showed a significant improvement in students’ speaking skills. The percentage of students who met the Minimum Completion Criteria (KKM) increased from 28.57% in the pre-test to 57.14% in Cycle I, and 89.28% in Cycle II.
