<note>This classroom action research aimed to improve the speaking skills of ninth-grade students at SMP Plus Putra Indonesia, West Jakarta, in delivering procedure texts through the demonstration method. The research was conducted in two cycles, following the stages of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The assessment focused on five aspects: pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, fluency, and comprehensibility. The findings showed a significant improvement in students’ speaking skills. The percentage of students who met the Minimum Completion Criteria (KKM) increased from 28.57% in the pre-test to 57.14% in Cycle I, and 89.28% in Cycle II. This improvement indicated that the demonstration method, especially when supported by video media, was effective in helping students speak more confidently and clearly.</note>
