Using a quasi-experimental method, two classes of grade IX students were divided into an experimental class that used Videoscribe and a control class that did not, with a total sample of 64 students. The instruments used were a pre-test, post-test. The results showed that the average pre-test score of the experimental class was 54.03, increasing to 70.84 in the post-test, while the control class only increased from 59.28 to 62.47. Normality and homogeneity tests showed that the data were normally distributed and homogeneous. The independent t-test results indicated a significant difference between the two groups, with a significance value (two-tailed) of 0.000.
