Analyzing Students’ Writing Procedure Text and Its Learning Style Inspired by Using Cooking Mama Game


This research revealed the anlaysis of students’ learning style in
writing procedure text. Since Indoensia implementing Merdeka Kurikulum,
the teacher had been demand to be able to maange different characters of
students, especially in learning style. In this study, the major objectivity was
to know students’ response in the context of writing procedure text module
and it’s learning style. In this particular The researcher applied the use of
sequential explanatory design, mixed method. In which both quantitative
and qualitative data are combined to deeply comprehend findings. The
sample chosen purposively in number of 32 students and also an in number
of 96 Population in SMPN 2 Mancak, Serang district. The result in
quantitative aspect, in which there are three main domains, how Cooking
Mama game impacting the students writing of procedure text, in which the
total score was 778 or 81,04%. The second, about the beneficial in using
Cooking Mama game in writing procedure text it has the impression 541 or
84,2% . Last is about how the game can be a differentiation which the score
learning media to determined the students’ learning style about 795 or
82,8% . It is also supported by the qualitative data as mentioned that
Cooking mama game appropriately match with the learning style of student
wether it is auditory, visual, or kinaesthetic
