<note>This study aims to design a web-based media for learning English tenses in grade nine at SMPN 13 Cilegon. This research uses the Research and Development method with ADDIE as a model, ADDIE includes five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. The research instruments used are interviews, student needs questionnaires, questionnaires for validation by experts, questionnaires for teacher and student responses and tests as evaluation materials. The results of data analysis show that the website is very feasible to use as a learning media for English tense with a percentage value from material experts 95% and media experts 91% with the category “very feasible”. The assessment of teacher and student responses also shows that this website is very feasible to use with a percentage of 94% teacher responses and 84% students with the category “Very feasible”. In addition, this website effectively improves students' comprehension in tense material, with a slight improvement indicate by an N-Gain score of 0.20 from pretest and posttest results.</note>
