<note>This study aims to determine how the Learn English Grammar application affects students' grammar on recount text, especially in tenses of grammar. A quantitative research method with a quasi-experimental design was used in this research. It was conducted in the tenth grade of MAN 1 Kota Tangerang. The population consisted of 80 students from two classes. Using the purposive sampling method, the two classes namely X AGAMA 1 as the control class and X AGAMA 2 as the experimental class were selected as the sample of this study with each class consisting of 40 students. In collecting the data, the researchers used instrument tests, multiple choice with fill-the-blank recount text as test forms were used in this study. The tests were then distributed in two ways; 1. Pre-test was distributed before treatment: 2. Post-test was distributed after the treatment. Furthermore, the data was analyzed by using SPSS 23 with an independent t-test as a hypothesis test.
