<note>This research investigates the influence of songs to improve young learners’ vocabulary mastery. This research was to find out whether teaching vocabulary by songs can improve young learners’ vocabulary mastery. This research consist of experimental group and control group design in quantitative research method. The instrument used in this research was tests (pre-test and post-test). This research involves 40 students as sample among the fifth grade of SDN Lopang Domba in academic year 2020/2021. The last result showed that t-observation “to” that the researcher got from the calculation is higher than t-table “tt” both at degree of significant 5% and 1%. Significant 5% tt = 2,02 and to = 7,31 that means to &#62; tt or 7,31 &#62; 2,02 and significant 1% tt = 2,71 and to = 7,31 that means to &#62; tt or 7,31 &#62; 2,71. In addition, the result of the observation showed that the students more motivated in learning English, especially vocabulary mastery by songs. Based on the result above, it can be concluded that songs can improve young learners’ vocabulary mastery. The result of this research shows that songs in teaching young learners’ vocabulary mastery achieves better score than those who do not use it.</note>
