<note>This research is motivated by the teacher who teaches students with dislection. Learning strategies are very important to be mastered by every teacher, because there are many learning strategies that are often applied by teachers in teaching students at school, teacher must have a specific learning strategy that is relevant with teaching materials or students with dyslexia but that are different between the strategies in teaching dyslexic students with other general students. In this study the research had a goal how to analyze teacher strategies in teaching English texts to dyslexic students. The method used in this study is a qualitative method and in its data collection techniques which use observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that there is a learning strategy carried out by the teacher in teaching dyslexic students, namely using the Fernald method strategy in which there are also several methods used for the learning process in the classroom such as using picture cards to make it easier for dyslexic students to understand what is explained by Teacher. Therefor it can be concluded that in public schools with special needs 2, Serang City, teacher uses the Fernald method strategy more in the learning process in the class.</note>
