This research aims to describe the implementation of English daily conversation, the problems faced by students in English daily conversation and solution of the problems. This research was conducted at Al Madina Islamic Boarding School. The method used is qualitative, the instruments used in this research are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the research show that the implementation of daily conversation in English looked good. English daily conversation can help students explore their speaking skills after implementing this program, so they can improve their speaking abilities. The problems faced by students in English daily conversation are not confident, lack of vocabulary, difficulty in pronunciation, and lack of adequate grammar knowledge.
