xv+106 hlm.; 18 x 25 cm The purpose of this study is to prove the effectiveness of reading comprehension for SMP IT Mathla'ul Anwar Global School (MAGS) using multimodal text. Multimodal text reading strategy is a strategy of blending learning to read using pictures/visuals that can help students easily understand reading and is proven to provide insight into the unfolding of storylines/reading texts that are efficient and effective. The method used in this research is experimental research with data collection techniques using pre-test and posttest. The results shows that before the treatment the students were at a value below the average, but after the treatment was applied the students' scores were above the average, this can be seen in the post test scores.
