<note>This research aimed to find out the effect of sibelmi as media to improve students speaking skill. The research conducted based on the main problem: 1) Does sibelmi as a media can improve students speaking skill by recount text? 2) Is there the effectiveness of sibelmi as a media to improve students speaking skill by recount text? This research uses quasi experimental research. The sample used was 17 X MIPA VI students as the experimental class and 17 X MIPA V as the control class. The instruments used in this research were tests and students’ questionnaires. The data analysis of this research used t-test. The results of this research indicate the effect of using sibelmi as media to improve students’ speaking skill. The results of this research show that the use of sibelmi was proven to be able to improve students’ speaking skills in the five aspect of speaking they are grammar, vocabulary, comprehension, fluency, and pronunciation. The feedback given to the students made them know their errors and made students interested in practice speaking . And used sibelmi supports fun students learning because the sibelmi mobile learning game aims to make students not feel bored while participating in learning, The sibelmi can also encourage students to practice speaking because the sibelmi mobile learning game has an advatage of being able to be used offline without an internet connection, making it easier for students to use this sibelmi in class or anywhere else. The effect of treatment seen from the results of the experimental and control classes an average 82.71 &#62; 61.18 and the effect of this treatment is 25%, which means that use of sibelmi can increase students’ speaking skill.</note>
