<note>The research aims to find teaching materials, namely student worksheets to improve speaking skills. The benefit of this research is that teachers and students have additional teaching materials in speaking skills. This student worksheet is used as teaching material in teaching speaking skills. This study uses the Research and Development (R&#38;D) method with reference to the ADDIE development model which consists of five stages, including the analyze, design, development, implementation, evaluation. Data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires and test. Based on the results of this study that the average pre-test score was 55.33% while the average post-test score was 87.33%, the gain score obtained from the comparison of the average pre-test and post-test scores was 0, 71 with “high” category (N-gain &#62; 0.7). This shows an increase in students' speaking skills by using student worksheets. Then result of expert validation is 82,5% from material expert and 85,7% from media expert, it can be concluded the media has very worth it category.</note>
