21,5cm, 28cm, 73 hlm The research aims to describe how is English language assessment using Google Forms at 12th grade of SMAN 4 kota serang. The research uses a case study method. The research was conducted at SMAN 4 kota Serang with the unit of analysis of 12th grade of science students as many as 117 students. The research uses a questionnaire and interview to collect the data. The results finding shows that English language assessment using Google form was efficient. It proved by the positive response when conducting English language assessment such as the students did not have to use the paper and they can save their time. In addition, the students can use the android optimally because the text of assessment was screenshot text and the instruction of assessment was easy to understand too. The students understood the question when doing assessment because the materials have been taught by the teacher. On the other hand, there were the obstacles such as internet connection, less of the quota and log out automatically when conducting English language assessment using Google form.
