<note>In the implementation of teaching English in Indonesia, speaking is one of the skills that has become an important part of students' daily lives. Since speaking is a skill, students should be given sufficient opportunities to practice it. Therefore, teachers must pay attention to teaching speaking, especially in choosing and applying speaking teaching techniques. This study aims to investigate the speaking teaching techniques used by teachers through the media zoom meeting application at LB LIA Serang Banten course institution and find out the problems and solutions faced by the teacher in the zoom meeting application at LB LIA Serang course institution. This research is a type of qualitative research. The method used in this research is a case study method with data collection techniques: observation, interviews and documentation. The participants in this study were 2 speaking teachers at the LB LIA Course Institute. The results of the observations show that the teacher uses several techniques in teaching speaking through the zoom meeting application media such as role play, jumbled letters and information gap activity, and the result of the interview shows the problems and solutions experienced by the teacher when teaching speaking through the zoom meeting application media.</note>
