This study used the intrinsic approach in order to find out the intrinsic elements of Captain Marvel movie. This study used descriptive qualitative methods because descriptive methods are used to describe the facts that are available in the data. The data of this research were taken from dialogues and the movie of Captain Marvel (2019) directed by Anna Boden and Ryan Fleck. The genre of Captain Marvel movie are action, adventure and scientific fiction that focuses on a woman superhero. As a result, this research showed the intrinsic elements of Captain Marvel movie consisting of plot (exposition, rising action, climax, falling action, and resolution), characters (Carol Danvers, Agent Fury, Yonn-rogg, Talos, Maria Rambeau, Monica Rambeau, Korath, Ronan, Mar-vell, Minn-erva, Norex, Agent Coulson, Bron-char, Att-lass), setting (place: Hala, Supreme Intellligent, Torfa, Planet C-53, Blockbuster video tape store, Sea, Train station, Pancho’s Bar, Pegasus, Maria’s house, Mar-vell’s Laboratory, Sahara, S.H.I.E.L.D office.
