<note>The aims of this study were to find out the EFL teachers’ challenges and EFL teachers’ attitude towards the integration of ICT during COVID-19 pandemic in rural areas of Jiput sub district. This study used mix method belong to qualitative and quantitative research. The mix method model used in this study is a model sequential using an explanatory approach. This study had been conducted in seven Junior and Senior high school in rural areas of Jiput sub-district with the category of underdeveloped villages. The data of this study were gained from two kinds method, there are questionnaire and interviewing the respondents; EFL teachers and students. There were 7 EFL teachers and 10 students as the sample of this study. The results showed that the EFL Teacher have same challenge that in rural areas have signal constraints and lack of ICT facilities used for learning. Moreover, from the seven schools sampled, two of them did not online learning. The EFL teachers’ attitude showed the EFL Teacher have positive attitude of cognitive, affective, and conative component adapted to local capabilities and conditions in rural areas.</note>
