<note>This study aimed to explore and describe the teacher how to make a syllabus and how to determining learning outcome to desingning syllabus. The focus of this study is only to explore the way how to make syllabus. The method of this study was research and development (R&#38;D 4D models define, design, develope, and desseminate ). The data collecting procedures is questionnaire by google form and some interview. The questionnaire was done at eighth grade. The writer used tabulation for the gained data to make the description of the data. The result of this study showed; (1) Students are giving positive and it can be the learning outcome on the use of syllabus, and (2) the way of making syllabus with 4D method, and it also helped teacher to teach the childern who never teach with syllabus. And more andvatage to using syllabus for teachng english, and more learning outcome.</note>
