<note>This research investigates the use of Outdoor Activities in Improving Students Vocabulary Mastery(An Experimental Research of MTs Darun Ni’am Carenag-Kopo grade VII).The objectives of this research are 1) how is the students’ vocabulary at the seventh-grade students of MTs Darun Ni’am Carenang-Kopo before using outdoor activities,2)to knowhow is the students’ vocabulary at the seventh-grade students of MTs Darun Ni’am Carenang-Kopo after using outdoor activities, and 3) to know how is the effectiveness of outdoor activities for teaching vocabulary at the seventhgrade students of MTs Darun Ni’am Carenang-Kopo. The method used in this study was quasi experiment with the samples are 60 students. They are divided into two classes, 30 students in experimental class and 30 students in control class. Furthermore, the researcher used pre-test and post-test to collect the data. After calculated the data, the researcher gets the mean of post-test in experimental class is 78.04 and in control class is 68,93. Since the degree significance is used, the data showed that of level significance 5% 2.00 and 1% = 2.66. The result of the research is that = 3,34 and 2.002.66 which means that &#62; . In other words, the alternative hypothesis is accepted because there is significant effectiveness of Outdoor Activities in Improving Students Vocabulary Mastery. In line with the data result, the researcher concludes that usingOutdoor Activities in Improving Students Vocabulary Mastery.</note>
