<note>This Research investigates the effectiveness of Whisper game in improving students vocabulary mastery for young learners. It was conducted based on two main problems. 1) how is students vocabulary in elementary school especially in SDN Patia 2 ? 2). How the effectiveness of whisper game for improve students vocabulary mastery in SDN Patia 2 ? the writer collected the data from 52 students consist experimental class and control class. The instrument were pre – test, post – test , and observation sheet just for experimental class. The result showed that the students vocabulary mastery which used whisper game had better performance than those who had not used whisper game. the result of data analysis was using t – test, the valuet observation was 8,43 with degree of freedom 50 in the degree significance 5% = 1,67, in degree of significance 1% = 2,40. It was found that to : tt = 8,43 &#62; 1,67 in degree there significance 5% and tto : tt = 8,43 &#62; 2,40 in degree significance 1%. It means was significant effect of using whisper game on vocabulary mastery espeially young learners. Because, the young learners enjoyable and fun following the class. Its was evident in observation sheet for teacher and students in the experimental class.</note>
