<note>This research investigate the effectiveness of Think Talk Write TTW Strategy to Improve Students Ability in Writing on Recount Text. This Research conducted based on the problem 1) How the students ability in Writing on reacount text? 2). How is the effectiveness of Think-Talk-Write (TTW) strategy at the seventh Grade of MTs Daarul Ahsan? To answer the question the researcher collects data from 44 students spread into two classes, one class experimental class and another one is control class. The researcher takes the sample from VII A as experimental class and VII B as control class. Futhermore, the researcher used pre-test and post-test to collect the data. The conclusion of this research, the writer found that students post test perforamnce improved significant. It can be see the result of both tt and to with degree of significance 5% = 2,02 and 1% = 2,69. It indicate that to&#62;tt or 2,75&#62;2,02 and 2,75&#62;2,69. Because to is bigger than tt both at the 5% significance and the 1% significance level, it means that there is an effectiveness of Think Talk Write (TTW) strategy to improve student writing on recount text.
