research is descriptive qualitative, because the resear
cher used
descriptive method to
analyze
the data
.
The data are on the pictures,
videos, and practice speaking English Skill.
This research conducted in
MA MALNU
Pusat Menes Pandeglang
. The researcher used three
techniques to collecting the data. Those are
observation, interview and
document
study
. The researcher did two observations in class. The
subject of the interview is the teacher as
the
implementer
of
the
teaching
and
learning process. While in the study document the
researcher collected the
syllabi
,
lesson plan and permendikbud. The
research findings are

Pusat Menes Pandeglang
was good, because was approp
riate with the
regulation, (2)

n applying scientific approach, the teacher used five
phase, those are observing, questioning, experimenting, associating,
and communicating. The teacher used authentic assessment in the
evaluation. It covers
three aspects n
amely, students’
attitude, students
’
knowledge and students’
skill. Based on the second meeting, the
English teacher uses
pictures
to assess the cognitive aspect of the
students.
