This research investigates the use of Team Assisted Individualization in teaching reading comprehension on narrative text, specifically it is written in the tittle of this research paper. This research is aimed for knowing student’s response of using Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) technique in learning reading comprehension on narrative text at The Second Grade of MTs Raudhlatul Ulum Anyer; knowing Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) technique in teaching reading comprehension at The Second Grade of MTs Raudhlatul Ulum Anyer; and knowing the influence of Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) on student’s reading comprehension at The Second Grade of MTs Raudhlatul Ulum Anyer. Technique used for this research is experimental with two classes, called experimental and control class using pre-test and post-test technique. This research involves 60 student’s as sample among second class of The Second Grade of MTs Raudhlatul Ulum Anyer year 2017 as population. The result of this research shows that score of t-test t_o:t_t=6,12&#62;1,67, in degree of significance 5% and t_o:t_t=6,12&#62;2,39 in degree of significance 1% so that H_(a )(alternative hypothesis) of the result is accepted and H_o (null hypothesis) is rejected. It means that using of Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) technique has significant influence in teaching reading comprehension on narrative text.</note>
