The Present Experiment Assessed The Efect Of Scaffolding As A Reading  Intervention. The Purpose Was To Determine That Scaffolding Would Make An Impact On Students' Reading Speed. There Were 54 Seventh Garde Students Who Participated In This Study, Spread 27 Students As Experiment Group And 27 Student As Control Group. This Research Utilized Experiment Method, Pre-Test And Post-Test Design. There Are Two Classes In This Research, They Are On Class For Experiment Class (Scaffolding) And One Class For Control Group (Tradotional Method). In This Design That There Are Two Event In An Experiment; These Two Events, They Are The Beginning Of The Experiment, And After The Introduction Of Scaffolding.</note>
