Learning is action that do of long life and it is must be do no by human beings. Beside that in learnning particularly learning of language four skills must be musked all (student as: sepaking, writing, reading, and listening. This research is intended to describe student ability to effeciency students learning times toward studying achivement in learning enlish, of second grade students at MTS Nurul Huda Baros, to know link both of them. The total number of population of second grade students was 203, so the writer used random sampling because they can be consered to have homogeneus effeciency students in learning. I took the thirty students fom grade II. 3 were studied for this study. The student were tested using researcher, made questionaire.
