Developing Fable Book as Media to Increase Students’ Vocabulary Mastery (R & D at Fourth Grade Elementary School of Panjangjaya 1 Mandalawangi-Pandeglang)
This research is about developing fable book as media to increase students’ vocabulary mastery at the fourth grade elementary school of Panjangjaya 1 Mandalawangi, Pandeglang-Banten. The objective of this research is to know extent of fable book to develop in English vocabulary mastery at fourth grade of elementary school and to know how is a fable book as media worthiness in vocabulary learning at fourth grade of elementary school. The method of this research used research and development with the type ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The population of this research was the students of the fourth grade elementary school at Panjangjaya 1 and the data was collected from 30 students. The result of this research is showed from pre- test, post-test, questionnaire. The average of pre-test showed 56, 66%, the average of post-test showed 78, 16%, and the score of questionnaires is 87.08 is obtained stating that learning media in the "Good / Eligible" category. It’s mean that using fable book as media to increase students’ vocabulary mastery is effective to be used
