An analysis of students' interest in learning passive voice through spinner game. (A case study at Second Grade of SMK INFORMATIKA Kota Serang)


This research aimed to description of students‟ interest in learning passive voice through spinner game and found out students‟ perception about this game at second grade of SMK Informatika Kota Serang. The writer used qualitative approach in this research and took 25 students of accountancy in second grade of SMK Informatika Kota Serang. The techniques of collecting data used test and questionnaire by procedure of Google Form as an assessment tool for data collecting during Corona Pandemi. This research was conducted one week at home. There were three steps that step one student are given spinner game, step two students are given test and last students are given questionnaire. The result of research showed students have positive result on the students‟ interest in learning passive voice and students‟ perception on the spinner game. The positive result could be seen on 73,8% of the test and 74,48% of questionnaire. It mean both in criteria of interest showed „‟Good‟‟ predicate. From the result percentage above student showed there were attention, attraction, student involvement, and enjoyment during activity based on indicator of interest. It can be concluded from the result of analysis students had positive response in learning passive voice through spinner game.
