The background of the study in this research is based on English Teaching in MTS Negeri 1 Kota Serang which Teachers have been follow some the training to be present by Usaid, Balai Diklat, etc. One of the training topics is CTL Teaching Model, This the writer tried to observe teaching process of CTL at MTS Negeri 1 Kota Serang to know the Implementation of training.
